At Soft Launch, many of our products are custom-made and
personalized specifically for each customer. Because of
this, we do not offer refunds.
However, we are happy to provide an exchange if:
- Your product arrives damaged during transit.
- You receive the wrong product.
- You receive an item with a manufacturing defect.
To request an exchange
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide your order number.
- Share clear photographs of the product and packaging.
Once approved, we'll arrange a replacement or exchange.
Exchanges are not available for
- Minor colour variations due to screen settings.

Incorrect information submitted by the customer (such as
spelling, names, addresses, or uploaded photos).
- Normal wear and tear after delivery.
- Change of mind after purchase.
